The hotel is located opposite a shopping centre with friendly staff, but the rooms weren't very clean and were situated away from the main hotel with a view across empty green paddocks despite the retail and industrial surroundings.

I chose this hotel mainly because of its convenient location on the outskirts of Shepparton. It suited our needs well, being close to supermarkets and everything we required. However, the initial room wasn't clean, but they promptly replaced it with a better one. The slight smell of cigarette smoke from a nearby pub/hotel was a downside.
